The Central Zone of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB) reported April 2009 sales activity of all MLS® property types continued to improve over last month - increased by 28% from 248 sales in March to 318 in April.  In paticular, single family residental units sold in April increased by 17% from March - up from 131 units to 157.
