Dear Sylvia,
This note is well over due. We are totally in love with our new home. That's exactly what it is, a home! I don't know if you remember the trouble we were having with James accepting daycare. Well, as soon as we moved in, he calmed right down and settled into both daycare and Sunday school.

People can't believe how our furniture fits in and matches so perfectly. I can't believe it either. We feel so at home here. Sometimes I wake up and can't believe it's really ours.

I still remember your call on Monday. "Barb, I've found your house." You really did! You sure listen and get a feel for your client. We have two parks and lots of kids; just what we need at this point in our lives. The neighbours are wonderful and our back yard is full of little buddies for James. Our street is so safe, only the people that live on the street drive thru. James has had many tricycle races up and down the street.

John's painted the baby's room; I know its home now! Before we stayed neutral for "resale purposes" but with John's painting, his plans for the landscaping and the conditioning testimonials he's getting, I really know this will be home for a few years at least.

So "Thank you sooo much." You know we never felt like clients. For being so busy somehow you made us feel like we were the only ones you were working with. We're your number 1 promoters. Everyone we talk to knows about how well you treated us and how happy we are in this home. As far as I'm concerned you worked a miracle.
