Jim Mayne: Broker / Commercial Specialist
In 1973, Jim became a licensed realtor in B.C., a Broker in 1982 and a Member of the Industrial Commercial and Investment Council of the Canadian Real Estate Association in 1995. Jim now concentrates his efforts as a residential seller's agent, Commercial Realtor and Broker of Points West Realty Group.
Sylvia Mayne: Buyer's Agent
In 1986, Sylvia became a licensed Realtor in B.C., specializing in finding the right property for purchasers. Sylvia received her Residential Relocation Specialist Certificate in 1994 and mutiple awards year after year.
Clients letters stating: "Amazing service"; "Thank you for finding just the right home for us" attest to Sylvia's skill and dedication.
Ryan Mayne: Office Manager /Seller's Agent
In 1997, Ryan joined the Mayne Real Estate Team. The eldest son of Jim and Sylvia, Ryan keeps the Mayne office running smoothly with his expertise in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures. Ryan has a thorough understanding of the importance in utilizing technology in today's world.
After incorporating the business and restructuring management, Ryan obtained his Real Estate License in 2002 and now specilizes in working directly with Sellers, project management sales and commercial sales and leasing.
Scott Mayne: Buyer's Agent / Seller's Agent
In 2002, Scott became a licensed Realtor in B.C. Scott brings tremendous energy and ambition to the Mayne Real Estate Team. Scott shares the same gift as his Mother Sylvia, when it comes to finding the right property for Buyers. Additionally, Scott stays very hands-on in the marketing operations of all the listings.
Susan Goodridge: Office Administrator
The invaluable asset to the Mayne team.
Susan greets you at reception and on the phone. She reports on showings and ensures strong communication between Jim, Sylvia, Ryan, Scott and their clients. Her strong administrative skills keep the paper work and office flowing smoothly.
